PTA
Welcome to the PTFA section!
What is the PTFA?
The PTFA (Parents, Teachers and Friends Association) and all its helpers are a group of volunteers who give their time to organise fundraising events for the School. It's all about creating magical fun moments that the children will enjoy and remember school for. It could be a school disco, a Christmas Fair or a Summer Fete. Whatever the event, seeing the children's faces light up with pride as they show off their school to the community inspires us to get involved in the PTFA. The funds that are raised are extremely important to the school and its promise to provide an environment to motivate our children to learn and grow.
What could you do?
There are lots of things you can do:
- Join the Stanley Park Infants PTFA Facebook Group.
- Spread the word about the PTFA events.
- Some people volunteer to help out at events.
- Give us your fundraising ideas.
- Become a Class Representative.
- Some of the busier people with less time to spare contribute in other ways, giving raffle prizes or items for us to use to raise funds and some have certain skills that really come in handy from time to time.
This Group is for the PTFA Team to keep parents up to date with what is going on at the school through the PTFA. We will also aim to keep you updated with any other school events that we can but these will also be posted on the School's main website and directly communicated to you from the School.
This Group is run purely by the Stanley Park Infants PTFA Team and has no direct connection with the Infants School. You can post questions and message this page and we will come back to you with answers as often as we can.
Please remember this group is not a venting forum, if there are any issues with the School you should contact the School directly.
Please remember to ask other parents of children at the Stanley Park Infants School to request to join this private group. We will be maintaining this group privately so only members can view it and will not be accepting requests to join from people that do not have children at the school. If you are a grandparent, carer or childminder of a child at the school and feel this page could be useful to you, please request to join explaining who your connection is with and we will then be able to consider your request.
Thank you.
